The data we collect and process has for two main usages, reporting for the project/event client and for marketing communication on behalf of the clients and 360live.events.
Users can choose to opt out of marketing communications but the agreement to the project related to data processing is compulsory for acces to the project/event site.
The core services which manage personal information and we use (registration, chats) are hosted on servers located in Europe however there are some integrations, such as gamification services, that are hosted in the US. You can read more about this topic here.
Users can unsubscribe at any moment from any of the mailing lists directly from one of the messages you have received and you can ask for information at [email protected].

We integrate a lot of services that allow us to deliver content the registered users and you might be tempted to think that an uptime of 99.99% points to a reliability way above what you expect from your car, for example. But what if the 0.01% fraction of the time happens to be during your event? We have taken steps to ensure that the impact of a potential service failure is as little as possible.
On top of this we monitor 24/7 all the services we use through… another online service.
And the top level providing stability is the fact that we provide a managed service. We are always there during your events and we can take actions like activating the built-in backup player.
Security
We can provide different ways of access to the event sites. Free for all, universal code, unique codes, user plus pass or even custom rules are the options you can choose when we set-up an event. Therefore you can chose the level of security of the project form the very beginning. You can event have custom permissions for specific persons if you what to go that far. The authentication service is provided by Auth0, one of leading login providers, ensuring a level of security and stability fit to your event needs.
